Believe it or Not: The Premier League will still go on!

In a bizarre decision, the Egyptian FA has declared that it’s been given the green light by the Interior Ministry and the Armed Forces to commence the league as planned! To add insult to injury, the games will not be played behind closed doors! Meaning that players, supporters and families going to the game are going to be exposed to the kind of thuggery we’d witnessed at the previous Zamalek game.

I have no clue how they think they’ll control the crowd during the league games. If Saturday wasn’t enough of a hint for them then god knows when they’ll realize there’s no chance the league could commence without another disaster taking place.

I seriously hope that there are security measures in place for controlling the upcoming games for the sake of everyone going to watch the games from the stands. How in the world is a game between Al-Ahly and Al-Ismaily going to pass by without any problems with the current circumstances? I can foresee a massacre if both sets of fans invade the pitch during the game.

Who's gonna stop this avalanche?

Strange decision indeed. I guess they’re expecting that if there’s a big police presence then people won’t try to get onto the field. Thing is, what’s going to change in a couple of weeks to make the police want to go into the stadiums all of a sudden? We have the same problem in Tunisia now. The police are busy with more important stuff and there’s a fear that if they are deployed in stadiums then there will be renewed clashes with supporters, reminiscent of the attacks against protestors during the revolution…

Yep it’s exactly the same as Tunisia, and I think I’ve read somewhere today that the league has been suspended in Tunisia too? I think the decision was taken with money on their minds. These clubs will all go bankrupt if the league stops. A club like Zamalek has no income except from football, if the league stops Zamalek could be liquidated as they’re already in debt.

Our league is set to restart on April 17th with fans also. It was announced today. مفاجأة مدوية فجرها عمار فؤاد أحد قيادات “ألتراس الأهلاوى”، بعدما وافق على إجراء حوار سريع مسجل بالفيديو لـ”اليوم السابع”، أعلن خلاله عن تورط سمير زاهر رئيس الاتحاد وعدد من القيادات الكروية فى حادث الاعتداء على أتوبيس بعثة الجزائر خلال لقاء الإياب فى التصفيات المؤهلة لكأس العالم 2010 بالقرب من مطار القاهرة.

وأكد فؤاد، أنه كان ضمن مجموعة المشجعين الذين طلب منهم كبداية مضايقة الفريق الجزائرى وأن الاتفاق تم عندما تلقى اتصالاً من مكتب سمير زاهر بعمارات العبور وتم عقد عدة جلسات بأحد الشركات الشهيرة يمتلكها أحد القيادات الكبيرة خلف نادى أهلى مدينة نصر للتخطيط لكيفية الاعتداء على الأتوبيس الجزائرى بهدف تشتيت أذهانهم قبل المباراة.

وواصل عمار تفجير المفاجآت عندما أكد أن حفل الزفاف الذى أقيم بالفندق الخاص بإقامة المنتخب الجزائرى “موفنبيك المطار” قبل المباراة بيوم كانا لعريس من قيادات روابط الألتراس، وتم الحجز له وعروسه عن طريق اتحاد الكرة وسمير زاهر، وطالب عمار القوات المسلحة ورئيس الوزراء دكتور عصام شرف بالرجوع إلى دفاتر الفندق والبحث عن أسماء الشخصيات الموجودة فى ذلك اليوم، كما طالب المشجع بالبحث أيضاً عن أسماء المشجعين الذى تم إلقاء القبض عليهم عقب الاعتداء على أتوبيس الجزائر، مؤكداً أن جميع تلك الأسماء من قيادات بعض الروابط تم الاتفاق معهم على القيام بذلك، وأضاف عمار أنه لا يجد غضاضة فى أن يكون اعترافه بمثابة رسالة لرئيس مجلس الوزراء والمجلس العسكرى بقيادة المشير طنطاوى، وأنه مستعد للتحقيق وكشف المزيد من الحقائق حتى ينتهى الفساد الكروى والرياضى.

وواصل مشجع الأهلى مفاجآته عندما قال إنه علم أن الاعتداء على المصريين بالسودان خلال المباراة الفاصلة مع الجزائريين كان مدبراً أيضاً كخطة بديلة لو خرج منتخبنا من تصفيات المونديال، مؤكداً أن هناك أتوبيساً واحداً فقط تم الاعتداء عليه من قبل الجزائريين كان يحمل الفنانين، وذلك بهدف أن هؤلاء يستطيعون الوصول إلى البرامج وإذاعة خبر الاعتداء عليهم بسهولة كما أن كلامهم سيكون مؤكداً.

وصف عمار أيمن يونس عضو الاتحاد المستقيل بأنه أحد المخططين لواقعة السودان، وكان صاحب فكرة سفر أكثر من مشجع للمساهمة فى الخطة البديلة، مضيفاً أن هناك بعض المشجعين الآخرين تلقوا اتصالات تهديديهة بعدم السماح لهم بدخول مصر فى حالة عدم تصريحهم عكس ما يقال بأن هناك اعتداءات جزائرية
