Unfortunately I am not in the position to give an apology in the name of the Egyptian people to the Algerian crowds here. But, what this idiot twins did is unacceptable. They should go work as fetewat 7ara or something.
Very irresponsible and disgusting attitude!
Thanks to the Algerian security and good people there for keeping them safe even after all the insult they did…

On the other hand, I suggest the government in Algeria to offer Algerian football fans some “calm down pills” before and during the games against Egypt or Egyptian teams

Tamim, another data point to support Rami’s soft suggestion of which league is numero uno in Africa: all 3 Tunisian teams advanced to the ACL quarter finals (Esperance, CS Sfaxien, and Monastir). Sfaxien even managed to beat Raja in Casablanca, and that without their superstar Apoko whom they sold for A LOT OF $$$ to a Qatari team. I’m hoping they do the same against Ahly in February in Cairo (and with Boujelbane on their side!).

i watchd da ismaily game da fans did da same thing is the did the day b4 throwing rocks and flares on 2 da ground hit a sideline ref n a ismaily player a flare alomst got an ismaily player n i noe wat da twins did was wrong but if dis happens to egyptian club teams i wonder wats going 2 happen to da national team an ismaily player couldnt get da ball for a corner i hope we beat them by more then 4 goals in there home ground and shut them up

I strongly believe that what this guy did can’t be generalised to my brothers Egyptians which i do deeply respect. It’s just i couldn’t swallow your fear about the safety of the other egyptian team in their second country..because the incidents you are reffering to didn’t go further than throwing a bottles of water which i beleive do happe in any footbal staduim, and the video is showing an aggressive person and even his unrespectfull behaviour he wasn’t exposed to any violence and he was Making the violence.
