haha Tamim, I assume you are talking about Hany Said ;) he's ours now, just like Hussein Aly. You're lucky we didn't bid for Agogo or he would've been with us too. Zamalek's problem is that they promise and promise but don't keep their word. Ahly promise and keep it, they give money in Cash and not empty bank cheques. I think if Mahmoud Abbas left with his money, Zamalek are gonna run into some deep shit. They need a stable Administration, bring back Kamal Darwish, as much as I hated him as much as he was succesful and made a very good few years for Zamalek. Abbas and Mortada are only gonna make it worse.

Yea man, we blew it this year in Champions league. Oh well, best of luck to Zamalek in that competition. Too bad we (Club Africain) didn't get to play you guys this week. I'm guessing you guys couldn't make it or something? We played Al Hilal of Sudan instead and beat them 2-1...

Tamim, my apologies, no sarcasm intended; I was just curious. Whether public or private, Egyptian clubs have produced excellent players. Winning the African Cup twice in a row is a big testament to that. You convincingly beat quite big Africain teams like Cote d'Ivoire and that's something that you should be very proud of. I think the rivalry between Egyptian and Tunisian clubs is very good and is goodto have so players and teams keep improving, and give us some good football to watch.

i sense sarcasm in your comment, they are company clubs owned by companies but they represent different cities and most of hem have fans there. however, it is a real peoblem in egyptian football that company clubs are dominating the league while public clubs are in a financial crisis.

BTW, club names in tunisia are funny too what does it mean el mal3ab el tubsi or taraji!!!!!

Very funny club names in Egypt! Aluminum? Petroleum? Haras Houdoud? Really different names from what we're accustomed to in Tunisia. Are these owned by private companies? It reminds me of other names elsewhere in the Middle East, particularly in Syria and Irak. Names like Iraki Air Force! If there really was one in Irak, would they be occupied today??? It's just funny, why not stick with typical names for sports clubs?
